stressStress is the biggest single factor responsible for ill-health and disease of the body, mind and spirit. Stress changes the vibrational patterns of your body and, in particular, the way energy particles in your body and your consciousness communicate with each other. Stress causes the cells and other parts of your body to no longer communicate in a uniform and balanced way, and when these communications are out of synchronisation the natural rejuvenation process is compromised. When you are deeply stressed your entire internal communication system becomes overloaded as everything is trying to communicate at once. You feel it in your body as a hyperactive reaction to stress, followed by a depletion of your energy. You can feel the jitteriness within your whole being as the stresses throw this very intimate communication system out of order.It is important to return to some basics like breathing. When you breathe, you get back into your body, you get into a place where you’re not under stress. The challenge here is that so often, people have become addicted to the stress in their lives, they have a stressful job, a stressful family, and they insist on continuing in the same way even though they are deeply unhappy and discontented. Return to the very simple basics of breathing. |
